The City of Columbus, Department of Development is seeking proposals from experienced Property Maintenance and Lawn Care Contractors. The Division of Real Estate and Land Redevelopment operates the City’s Land Bank Program, which currently maintains approximately 1,300 properties primarily consisting of single-family residential lots, with sizes ranging from under 1,000 sq. ft. to over an acre and an average size of 5,000 sq. ft. The list of properties, which may change during the contract period due to ongoing sales and acquisitions, is provided for reference. The properties are divided into three separate Service Areas, and selected contractors may be awarded contracts for one or more areas.
