Questions Due Date: Oct 31st 2025, 2:00 PM MDT Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Wildlife Resources The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: services to construct and install a new floating breakwater section at the Strawberry Reservoir Marina approximately 160' x 8' using provided designs and specifications in order to replace the existing breakwater by June 15th, 2026. Bid should include a maintenance plan that ensures a minimum service life of 10 years for the new breakwater. Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Length of Contract: From time of award until June 15th, 2026 Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
