Burleson County is seeking sealed proposals for the procurement of certain road materials, culverts, and erosion control materials for county road work related to GLO CDBG-MIT Grant # 24-065-057-E567. Prices will be proposed for material-with-delivery only to two different locations in Burleson County as specified on the Bid Sheet. Material vendor(s) will be selected based on price and quality of material. Bids must be submitted on the bid form in price per unit delivered. The County reserves the right to waive or reject any and all bids or irregularities and to accept the bids considered most advantageous. Bids may be held for up to 30 days for review and investigation of the bidders' qualifications before contract award. Responses must include the Bid Sheet and the Offer & Acceptance Form, submitted in a sealed envelope marked as indicated in the notice.
