Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County requests bids from prospective distributors for six (6) three-phase ABB R-Mag 15kV Power Circuit Breakers – 1200 Amp. Bids must meet the specifications defined in the Material Specification packet provided by Electrical Consultants, Inc. Delivery is to be made to Diamond Lake Substation Storage, 9316 Coyote Trail, Newport, WA 99156. Each bid must include a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price, Washington State Sales Tax, a completed bid form including lead times, and completed proposal data sheets as specified. Bids must be submitted via the District’s online contracting portal, ProcureWare. Bid evaluations will be based on price, meeting specifications, delivery timeline, and terms and conditions. The District reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, negotiate with the highest scoring bidder, or pursue an agreement with another bidder if necessary. Women’s, minority, and small business enterprises are encouraged to apply.
