Reference Number 0000402588 The City of Boulder, Colorado is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms to provide geotechnical engineering services and/or construction management / inspection services on an as-needed basis for various Utilities and Transportation projects for the 2026 calendar year. The firm may elect to submit an SOQ for either Geotechnical Services, Construction Management / Inspection Services, or both. A list of firms will be selected for each category. A separate SOQ shall be submitted for each category. Question Deadline 11/07/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required The City further reserves the right to require new submissions or reject any submission if the City believes it would not be in the best interest of the project or services set forth in this RFQ to make an award to a given applicant. This right to reject includes the right to reject any applicants who appear on lists designating the applicant as a debarred or suspended entity or individual for other public procurements.
