Reference Number 0000402956 Purchase Type Term: 01/05/2026 02:00 AM EST - 12/31/2028 07:00 PM EST To support the vision and mission of DPS, CU seeks to solicit responses from qualified vendors to provide the installation and maintenance of security systems at the CU Boulder campus, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition while maximizing the cost-effectiveness of those systems. The goal of this program is to maintain a secure campus environment through reliable supported physical security technology while ensuring fiscal responsibility. DPS will require support for security system projects (capital and non-capital), break fix and repair, adds moves and changes, and guidance on lifecycle replacements for security systems in use across the University. To support this objective, DPS requires the installation of advanced physical security systems, including but not limited to access control (e.g., card readers and supporting hardware), intrusion alarm systems, security cameras, and all related components and accessories necessary for a complete and functional solution.
