The Regents of the University of Colorado Boulder anticipates using a Design/Bid/Build General Contractor (DBB/GC) approach to project delivery, and requests submittals for prequalification of General Contractors for Construction Project titled UCB001460-NTCT 2R, 2V & 2W-Exterior Balcony Removal -2026. It is the intent of the Department of Facilities Management to pre-qualify General Contractors and select a minimum of three (3) to bid this project in accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes 24-92-107, 24-103-402, and 24-30- 1303 (1) (Q) and in accordance with Section 3-402.01 of the Colorado Procurement Rules. Pre-qualification and inclusion on the selected bidders list will be necessary for bidding on this project.
