Public Works oversees the operation, maintenance, and improvements for traffic signals, pedestrian signals, emergency signals, school zone flashers, warning flashers, crosswalk beacons, radar speed display signs, streetlights, and utility locates within unincorporated Boulder County. Boulder County Government, by and through its Board of County Commissioners represented herein by the Public Works Department is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of entering into a contract with a contractor for the provision of prompt and efficient services as specified herein for Traffic Signal Maintenance and On-Call Emergency Repairs. Given the specialized nature of this work, it is the goal of the County to procure the services of a skilled and experienced contractor capable of maintaining, repairing and improving the operation of the county's traffic signal system.
