**As of December 11, 2025, this project bid date and time was extended till January 21, 2026 10:00** City of Steubenville (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: WFP Phase 2 Improvements The Project includes the following Work: demolition of Old Administration Building and existing chlorine facilities, addition of temporary chemical feed facility, addition of new superpulsator tank and appurtenances, addition of new filter tank and appurtenances, addition of Controls Building with new chlorine gas, PAC, and corrosion inhibitor chemical storage and feed systems, replacement of caustic soda and ferric chloride equipment, HVAC and Plumbing improvements, SCADA upgrades and programming and associated sitework and other appurtenances. Bids are requested for the following Contract: WFP Phase 2 Improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Project has an expected duration of 730 days. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
