A Request for Proposals for CMaR has not yet been established.” The School Board of Leon County, Florida, is seeking Construction Management Services for the Raa Middle School project, which includes new construction, remodeling, renovations, demolition, and site work. Only state-certified contractors currently prequalified by the Leon County School Board may submit qualifications for this project. Prequalified firms are required to submit seven bound Qualification Statements by the specified deadline. Bids must be mailed or hand-delivered, as submissions via fax or email will not be considered. Packages must be clearly labeled as specified. Instructions for completion and submission of the Qualifications Statement, as well as any changes or addendums, are available on DemandStar or the District's website. It is the responsibility of interested firms to check the website for updates. The Leon County School Board reserves the right to waive technicalities or reject any or all qualification statements if it serves the Board's best interests.
