Renovation of an industrial development in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.
The Scope of Work for the Electrical Construction Package includes all necessary services, work, labor, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, insurance, and applicable taxes required to complete the Electrical Construction Package as indicated in the Contract Documents. The project consists of renovations at the West Campus Chiller Plant on Temple's Main Campus, involving the removal of four existing cooling towers and three chillers, replacing them with new cooling towers and chillers, and providing the related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural infrastructure to support the new equipment. The scope is further specified in the Agreement, Scope of Work, Plans and Specifications, and other documents provided through Temple's online solicitation management system, TUebid.
