The Scope of Work is further specified in the Agreement, the Scope of Work, the Plans and Specifications, and other documents that will be uploaded to TUebid as part of the solicitation. Temple University is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for the General Construction Package for the West Campus Chiller Plant Upsize Project, located at 1776 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121. The project involves the removal of four existing cooling towers and three existing chillers and their replacement with new cooling towers and chillers with the related mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, and structural infrastructure to support the new equipment.
