Temple University is seeking qualified contractors to bid on the Mechanical-HVAC Construction Package for the West Campus Chiller Plant Upsize. The project is located at 1776 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. The work involves the removal of four existing cooling towers and three existing chillers, with their replacement by new cooling towers and chillers, and includes related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural infrastructure to support the new equipment. The Mechanical-HVAC Construction Package scope includes all services, work, labor, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, insurance, and applicable taxes necessary to complete the package as shown in the contract documents. Interested parties must register with Temple's on-line solicitation management system, TUebid, to participate in the bid process.
