The City of Fort Smith, Arkansas is seeking proposals from interested and qualified commercial roofing contractors with demonstrated experience to repair or replace weather-damaged roofs at the Massard Water Treatment Plant in Fort Smith, AR. The project involves repairing or replacing the roofs of five commercial buildings located at the Massard Water Treatment Plant in accordance with performance standards outlined in the Request for Proposals package.
