As of November 26, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project consists of constructing approximately 14,000 linear feet of 6-inch PVC water mains and associated work. Successful bidders must submit documentation of completion of similar work. Bidders must be licensed contractors in compliance with the requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act. Proof of qualifications to perform the work must be furnished as described in Article 5 of the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with Article 10 of the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from bidders on the official list of plan holders kept by the issuing office, and from those who have purchased the contract documents from the engineer. Bids must comply with Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) 62-6-119 and provide evidence of compliance with applicable provisions of this chapter before consideration. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities and to reject any and all bids.
