The City seeks to enter into a public-private partnership to redevelop City-owned land located at the corner of Kupuohi Street and Kupuna Loop (the "Property"), through a qualified person(s) and/or firm(s) who meet the qualifications described herein (each, an "Offeror"). At its sole discretion, the City may select one Offeror to redevelop the Property. The selected Offeror will become a Preferred Negotiating Partner and enter into an exclusive negotiation period with the City to finalize the terms of a Development Contract and form of Ground Lease. Subject to the successful conclusion of the negotiations, the Preferred Negotiating Partner may become the Development Partner by entering into a binding Development Contract and Ground Lease with the City for the design, construction, and operation of an affordable rental housing project on the Property. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
