Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Placitas, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.

The project involves the construction of two buildings with shallow spread-type footings on a cleared site for the Sandoval County Regional Animal Resource Center. The Administrative building will be a steel-framed structure with metal studs, membrane roofing, and an exterior finish system. The Kennel building, intended for housing canines, will consist of concrete masonry units with a steel-framed roof structure, membrane roofing, and an exterior finish system. Site development will include an access drive, parking lot, dog play areas with synthetic turf, and the entire property will be fenced with access control gates. Additionally, there will be a covered shed for temporary holding of large animals and a concrete pad for relocating an existing 4-kennel modular unit to the site, to be completed by the selected Contractor. Instructions to bidders include sealing and plainly marking envelopes, submitting bids by the specified deadline, and obtaining the bid package electronically through the designated website. No faxed or electronic bids are accepted. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, delete portions depending on available funds, waive technicalities, and make any necessary investigations into a bidder's ability to perform the work.
