Plans call for a five-story, 145,000-square-foot courthouse with 12 courtrooms. As of October 27, 2025, this project is in the conceptual phase. The design-build phase of the council’s delivery plan is scheduled to begin in July 2026. Prior to this phase, council officials will select a design-build team for the project. The actual construction work is slated to begin in 2028.
