No definite date for the rebid.** Water Treatment Plant Finsihed Water Storage Tanks Rehabilitation Any additional bid questions can be submitted up to 5:00 PM, Friday September 12, 2025. Additional questions during the bidding process shall be directed to Ms. Ana Gutierrez, via email at agutierrez@brawley-ca.gov, Telephone at (760) 587-4320, no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2025. The Work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications, and contract documents. This project is an improvement to an existing water treatment plant. The existing plant is to remain fully operational during construction and in full compliance with all regulatory requirements placed on the CITY by the Department of Public Health. The work includes: 1. Sand blast and recoat Tank No. 1 and No. 2 (both interior and exterior). 2. Remove existing baffle walls and supports in the tanks. 3. Install new tank mixer and control panels. 4. Replace existing cathodic protection with new cathodic protection. 5. Replace the existing pressure transmitter with a new transmitter for both tanks. 6. Demolish existing submersible pumps and appurtenances. 7. Install new package lift station Project Completion time as specified in Section D-4 of the Special Provisions 200 calendar days.
