Site work for a development in Goshen, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
Sealed proposals are requested for the Berlincourt Ditch & Wagner Ditch Maintenance Project #25-026. The work consists of brushing, grinding, mowing, digging, and obstruction removal in Sections 22, 26, 27, 34, 35, and 36 of Union Township. The work is to be performed as indicated on the project drawings, from the sides depicted. The project must be completed by March 2, 2026. A $100.00 per day liquidated damages charge applies for exceeding the completion date. The estimated project cost is less than $78,000.00. Proposals must include a copy of the Contractor's Insurance Certificate with required coverage as per item 5.3 of the General Conditions, and a list of similar projects completed with references. Plans, specifications, bidding documents, instructions to bidders, and general and supplementary conditions must be obtained at the Surveyor's Office to allow staff to review the project scope with potential bidders. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informality in bidding, and award a contract in the best interests of the Board and project. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after bid opening.
