Sealed Proposals and Statements of Qualifications (hereinafter "Proposals") for the City of Goshen, Indiana Request for Proposals and Qualifications (hereinafter "RFPQ") for design, build, operate, and transfer a ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) array to serve the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) The Project involves the design, procurement, development, construction and installation of a ground-mounted solar PV array to serve the City's WWTP. Owner reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all Proposals, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interests of Owner. Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Proposal, and to accept any Proposal that is deemed most favorable to Owner. Submissions are not public documents and will not be made available to other proposers or members of the public during the selection process. Question Deadline 11/12/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions regarding this RFPQ must be submitted in writing via email to the Citys Designated Representative, Dustin Sailor, at Engineering@goshencity.com.
