Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Goshen, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes, but is not limited to, depth pavement replacement, reinforcement, and paving, including some curb, ADA flatwork, striping, and other work as required by the project specifications. QA date- 12/1/2025 All requests for clarification to this solicitation must be received at least ten (10) calendar days before the proposal opening date to allow for the issuance of any addenda determined by City to be necessary.
