The Work included under this Project consists of the repair of the existing rain gutter, the in-kind replacement of the wood entablature at the existing roof eave, repair of the existing downspouts and the in-kind replacement of the existing roof cupola. Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
