Site work for a military facility in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade military facility.

**As of January 6th, 2026, this project has been awarded to B & B Services, LLC for $150,000. ** The work consists generally of reshaping earthen berms at two separate petroleum training sites at Fort Pickett. Each site includes two four-sided containment berms, each designed to hold a 210,000-gallon collapsible fabric fuel tank. The purpose of these berms is to serve as secondary containment for the fuel tanks at Fort Pickett, Blackstone, Virginia. Bidders are instructed that a mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Building 229 at the corner of 9th St and Rives St, Fort Pickett, Blackstone, Virginia, 23824. The work can be generally described as: The work can be generally described as removing existing tarps and weed barrier, reshaping existing berms, establishing positive drainage, installing drainpipes and supplying and installing new geotextile weed barriers at each of the four berm sites on Fort Pickett, Blackstone Virginia. Sealed bids are invited for the work can be generally as reshaping earthen berms at two separate petroleum training sites on Ft. Pickett. Each berm site consists of two four-sided containment berms; each of these berms are designed to hold a 210,000-gallon collapsible fabric fuel tanks [NIC]. These berms are key to establishing secondary containment for the fuel tanks at Fort Pickett, Blackstone Virginia A Bid Bond is required for this project Lump sum prices for construction of the facility and associated site work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications: Base Bid 1 shall equal the amount required for the rehabilitation / re-construction of the earth berms as indicated. The two berms located at the Old Oak Road in the Training Area identified as Old Hospital Area-Alpha (OHA-A) shall be bid together (BASE BID 1) The two berms located at Training Area 50 (TA-50) shall be bid individually (BASE BID 2A & BASE BID 2B) as indicated on map in Scope of Work / Specifications.
