The scope of the project will include the construction of a new elementary school facility on existing property owned by the Laramie County School District No. 1. The new South Triad 5/6 Elementary School will be located adjacent to the existing Afflerbach Elementary School in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The proposed new 5/6 Elementary School will be approximately 92,225 gross square feet and a one-story structure with a planned capacity of 650 students. The playground equipment will be included in the site design and bid documents. The scope of design services will include the FF&E bid package. The District will procure the furniture and custodial equipment and will provide oversight of the installation of the FF&E, along with Owner Representative coordination. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
