The City of Lauderdale Lakes is seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed firm(s) to provide Otis Gray Park Pavilions Replacement in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The scope includes the installation of two Polygon shaped shelters with cupolas and sloped PBR roofing, including associated site preparation, concrete foundations, slab installation, and utility connections. The project also entails all required permitting, engineering, and coordination with relevant municipal departments Demolition o Demolition and removal of two existing pavilions and associated concrete slabs. o Disposal of all demolition debris in compliance with local codes and regulations. New Pavilion Installation o Supply and installation of two (2) Polygon shaped shelters or equivalent/similar to the existing: o Cupolas similar to existing o Sloped Purlin Bearing Rib (PBR) roofing 22' diameter o Minimum 7' 6" vertical clearance o Circular concrete slab 37' diameter 273sqft. o Securing and offloading, assembly, foundation work, and final installation of shelter structures. o Installation of new concrete slabs as required for each pavilion. Utility Work o Connect existing water line and install a spigot at on (1) column per pavilion. o Connection of existing electrical lines and installation of (1) outlet on a column per pavilion Permitting & Engineering o Apply, obtain and payment of all applicable permits and permit fees. City not responsible for permit fees. o Structural engineering and preparation of sealed construction documents. o Four (4) signed and sealed sets of drawings and supporting documents to be provided for permitting. Color and Electrical o Final color selections to be confirmed during the submittal approval process.
