The City is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide restroom renovation at Northgate Park in accordance with specified terms, conditions, and specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City's eProcurement portal. Hard copies are not accepted. All solicitation documents and addenda are to be obtained from the portal. This project requires a Bid Bond of 5% of the bid amount and a Performance and Payment Bond at 100% of the contract amount. All required bonds must be submitted on the provided CITY bond forms. Failure to provide a Bid guarantee or properly complete required bond forms will result in automatic rejection of the bid. The project includes demolition, removal, and replacement of existing plumbing fixtures, accessories, lighting, ventilation, partitions, and related components, and installation of new fixtures as specified herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, coordination, testing, inspections, and cleanup required to deliver a complete, fully operational, and code-compliant installation. Work includes, but is not limited to: o Demolition and removal of all existing restroom fixtures, accessories, lighting, exhaust fans, partitions, and related components as required. o Furnishing and installing all new plumbing fixtures, valves, accessories, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, electrical devices, and restroom partitions as specified. o Modifications to existing plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems necessary to support the new installations. o Patch, repair, and restoration of all affected walls, ceilings, floors, and finishes to match existing conditions. o ADA compliance upgrades including fixtures, clearances, grab bars, and door requirements. o Testing, startup, and final cleanup of all systems prior to acceptance. All work shall comply with Florida Building Code, ADA requirements, NEC, and applicable Plumbing Codes
