The project involves soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified contractors for the Bathroom Renovation Project at Vincent Torres Park, in accordance with the Scope of Services listed in Invitation to Bid #26-6210-31B. Vendors are required to obtain solicitation documents via OpenGov. Contractors who acquire documents from sources other than OpenGov are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete and may not include all addendums, which will be posted and disseminated by OpenGov. This Scope of Work covers the complete restroom renovation at Vincent Torres Park, including Men's and Women's Restrooms. The project includes demolition, removal, and replacement of existing plumbing fixtures, accessories, lighting, ventilation, partitions, and related components, and installation of new fixtures as specified herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, coordination, testing, inspections, and cleanup required to deliver a complete, fully operational, and code-compliant installation. All work under this scope shall be limited to the concession stand area only: o Demolition and removal of all existing restroom fixtures, accessories, lighting, exhaust fans, partitions, and related components as required. o Furnishing and installing all new plumbing fixtures, valves, accessories, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, electrical devices, and restroom partitions as specified. o Modifications to existing plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems necessary to support the new installations. o Patch, repair, and restoration of all affected walls, ceilings, floors, and finishes to match existing conditions. o ADA compliance upgrades including fixtures, clearances, partitions, and door requirements. o Testing, startup, and final cleanup of all systems prior to acceptance. All work shall comply with the Florida Building Code, ADA requirements, NEC, and applicable Plumbing Codes. No substitutions shall be made without prior written approval from the City.
