The City of Lauderdale Lakes is seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed firms to provide citywide drainage improvements for the section of NW 39th Street from NW 34 Way to NW 31 Avenue. The work is to be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications as outlined in the invitation to bid. Bidders are to submit proposals electronically via the City's eProcurement portal. Hard copies are not accepted. Bonding requirements include a Bid Bond of 5% of the bid amount and a Performance and Payment Bond at 100% of the contract amount, both to be submitted on the City's bond forms. The scope of the project consists of the installation of approximately about 1,800 linear feet of exfiltration trench drain with 24" perforated HDPE drainage pipe and 15-inch solid pipes on the roadway crossings. The scope includes installation of the drainage system according to the approved drainage plans and specifications. The scope also includes regrading of the swale area for positive towards the inlets. The project location is shown on the plan.
