Renovation of a military facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Upgrade the Video Management System (VMS) on USNS YUMA. The Contractor shall furnish labor and use GFE parts required to replace the Video Management System VMS1 and VMS2 and upgrade to the new Ocularis System with the version that is currently installed on EPF-13. Use Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and software outlined in Section 4.1 to replace/upgrade the obsolete Video Management System (VMS) on T-EPF-8 to match the planned hardware and software configuration on EPF 13. This includes the replacement of VMS 1 & 2 RMS, 7 client laptops, Wireless PBX, and all software required for the upgrade. New licenses for all existing cameras shall be installed for the new system and configured to make all installed cameras backwards compatible. JWIVCS System Replace obsolete equipment on T-EPF-8 for Wireless PBX, Wireless LAN Controller using Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) The period of performance is 06 November - 31 December 2025.
