The purpose is to establish a contract with one qualified contractor to provide a full-service maintenance agreement, including repairs for elevators, as specified in Section V Statement of Need, for Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) in Norfolk, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia. NRHA anticipates awarding a five (5) year contract, base plus four one-year options.
