Sealed bids are being accepted for snow removal services for the 2025 - 2027 period at various Trenton Parking Authority (TPA) facilities. The work includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the snow removal tasks as outlined in the specifications. Bidders must submit all required information in a sealed envelope labeled "Winter 2025 - 2027 Snow Removal Services," addressed to the Trenton Parking Authority and bearing the bidder's name and address. The project consists of a single base bid (lump sum) with two add alternate bids for the potential extension of the contract term. The TPA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to award contracts as they see most advantageous, and to waive informalities as permitted by law. All statutory requirements for public contracting must be followed, including compliance with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The successful bidder is required to sign the contract within 10 days after notice of award, or the bid security will be forfeited. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after the bid opening.
