Elevator Replacement & Associated Repairs at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital, 101 Sullivan Way, Trenton, Mercer County, NJ. Bids will be accepted only from contractors who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting, with pre-registration of attendees required. All bidders must be classified with DPMC in either General Construction (C008) or General Construction/Alterations & Additions (C009) and either be classified in or name subcontractors for Plumbing (C030), HVACR (C032), Electrical (C047), and Elevators (C099) trades. Failure to list all required DPMC classified subcontractors will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must submit their bid proposals electronically via the Bid Express service. The project is designated as a Small Business Set-Aside Opportunity, with a goal to award 25% of the total contract value to a Small Business Enterprise. Additional requirements include compliance with minority and female percentage goals per skilled craft, submission of bid security, and compliance with state laws and regulations.
