CK09MERCER2025-15 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, FIRE SUPPRESSION AND SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, DIESEL AND ELECTRONIC FIRE PUMP PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND REPAIR FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS FOR THE COUNTY OF MERCER AND THE MERCER COUNTY COOPERATIVE CONTRACT PURCHASING SYSTEM. Sealed bids will be received by the Mercer County Purchasing Agent acting as Lead Agent on behalf of all contracting units located within the geographic boundaries of Mercer County for the Mercer County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. Bids shall be electronically uploaded on the bid platform BidNet Direct. No physical bids shall be received, opened or honored. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the bid package is uploaded by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline will not be accepted. Any Bid Addenda will be issued on the BidNet website and it is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
