Remodeling of an office development in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade office development.
Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified contractor to provide and install new flooring for the Kirtley Annex located at 117 East Third Street, Owensboro, KY 42303. The Contractor shall remove carpet and VCT in designated areas and replace with vinyl (as indicated in orange on drawings), carpet (yellow areas), and cove base on the first floor. Vinyl tile specification is J & J Flooring Legend 1056 Epic 3mm 18" X 36". Carpet specification is J & J Flooring Oxford 7063, 2391 Muslin. Cove base is Roppe 184 Almond with black transition strips. Delivery is to be made to the Kirtley Annex. The contractor must provide a manufacturer's warranty and a one-year labor warranty. All warranty documents and information are to be submitted with bid documents. Separate sealed bids must be delivered to the Daviess County Fiscal Court. Bids must be received by the specified date and time. Instructions specify a sample envelope format and state that late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the specified time. No decisions regarding contract awards will be made at the opening.
