Site work for a civil project in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this contract includes installation of approximately 275 LF of 8" ductile iron pipe and 16" minimum steel casing pipe to be jack and bored under I-165, 10 LF of 8" SDR35 PVC pipe, one standard 48" manhole with approximate depth of 12 VF, and decommissioning of an existing pump station All questions must be submitted to Tonya Smith, 270-687-8440, Bids@rwra.org Regional Water Resource Agency 1205 Ewing Road Owensboro, Kentucky 42301 270-687-8452 The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a cashier's certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to five percent of the maximum Bid, payable to the Owner, as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, within 10 days of Notice of Award.
