Renovation of a municipal facility in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Owensboro Municipal Utilities (OMU) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to enclose an existing truck bay by constructing a framed wall on an existing knee wall to divide the space, additionally frame up a wall to receive a new overhead coiling door. Contractor shall finish the exterior walls with prefinished metal panel to match existing profile and color. This is considered the base project (Base Bid). The truck bay is located at our Transmission & Distribution Building located at 2070 Tamarack Road, Owensboro, KY 42301. All work should be performed in accordance with the attached Construction Document "Attachment A - 12386.1.003 - Permit Set". OMU reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
