The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept bids in strict conformity with the bidding and Contract Documents for the Department of Corrections, Project No. GDC-24-SOSTC-054, North Region Ops Building, Forsyth, Georgia 31029. Bids must be submitted via GSFIC's on-line bidding and project management system, e-Builder, with all required forms fully completed and executed. No paper bids will be accepted. Instructions for registering and bidding in e-Builder are provided. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Georgia Department of Corrections Fleet Maintenance Facility, and failure to attend will result in disqualification. Questions regarding the bidding documents and process must be submitted in writing through e-Builder. From the date the Invitation To Bid is issued until a bidder is selected and announced, there shall be no communication for any reason except during the pre-bid conference between a bidder and any State employee other than the contracting officer listed. GSFIC reserves the right to reject any bid violating this provision. Question Deadline 11/18/2025 No oral interpretations will be made to bidders as to the requirements of the Bidding Documents.
