The work consists of demolition of one, two story residential structure and small stone outbuilding; disposal of the building components and debris, disposal of interior items and disposal of outdoor items are also included. The building is on a stacked stone foundation. A moderate amount of site grading and clean-up is also required. The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the demolition and removal of one (1) residential structure in Northampton Township, Somerset County. The location is: 39.873315, -78.914298. The work consists of demolition of one, two story residential structure and small stone outbuilding; disposal of the building components and debris, disposal of interior items and disposal of outdoor items are also included. The building is on a stacked stone foundation. A moderate amount of site grading and clean-up is also required.
