The Work is to remove and replace the existing lighting in open office areas on the third floor at 215 N Mason lighting fixtures. A successful Bidder will provide a total lump sum cost to complete the project turnkey, by providing the materials, labor and equipment to complete the project. The project is funded by a grant awarded to the City of Fort Collins by the Department of Energy. The expected construction time to complete the project is fourteen (14) days for Substantial Completion from date of Notice to Proceed and twenty-one (21) days for Final Completion from date of Notice to Proceed.
