Reference Number 0000402102 Larimer County is soliciting statements of qualifications from highly capable/qualified Contractors to consider creating a shortlist of pre-qualified General Contractors to propose on the upcoming Ranch Campus Phase 2 Contractor Master Services RFP for Pre-Construction and Construction Services, which we anticipate releasing in December of 2025. Question Deadline 10/29/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, The Board of Larimer County Commissioners will only be accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) electronically submitted via the online up to the date and time referenced above, at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened, to consider creating a list of pre-qualified General Contractors to propose on the upcoming The Ranch Phase 2 Master Plan Capital Improvement Master Services Contract RFP which we anticipate releasing in date. Purchasing NOTE: Unauthorized contact with A/E Firm- Perkins and Will and associated subconsultants or a County employee other than the Contact Person listed above or Purchasing Manager regarding this bid may result in disqualification of your SOQ. Larimer County reserves the right to reject any and or all SOQs and to waive informalities and irregularities in SOQs received.
