Renovation of a recreation facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The Larimer County The Ranch Department is requesting quotations with the intention of contracting with one or more companies for the following Services and/or Goods: Supply and install a diffusing solar-control window film system on 114 arena side windows (size 4'5" x 4'11") to permit even natural illumination while eliminating concentrated sunspots or directional shadows on the arena footing. Additionally, the Contractor shall supply and install internal and external opaque graphics per provided artwork on 12 end-wall windows (same size) that fully block light transmission based on art designed and provided by the Ranch. All work must be coordinated with the Ranch's events schedule, meet light-uniformity criteria and include manufacturer warranties. Product must meet all specifications listed under Scope of Work with approved insurance to operate ranch supplied lift. Vendor(s) shall obtain, provide, perform, and/or furnish the following: A. Remove existing window tint from all one hundred and twenty-six (126) windows (each 4'5" x 4'11"), totaling approximately 2,737 square feet. B. Provide and apply LLumar Frost (NRM PS2) diffusing window film to one hundred and fourteen (114) windows (approximately 2,476 square feet) along the arena side walls. C. The Ranch will provide the approved artwork files for the opaque graphic windows located on the end wall. D. Provide and install solid opaque graphics to the interior surface of twelve (12) windows (approximately 260 square feet). E. Provide and install solid opaque graphics to the exterior surface of twelve (12) windows (approximately 260 square feet). F. A lift will be provided by The Ranch for contractor use during installation. G. Installation shall be completed no later than December 31, 2025. H. All work must be scheduled around ongoing events in the Ranch Equestrian Center. The Contractor must coordinate with Ranch staff to minimize disruption. I. A minimum ten (10) year warranty shall be provided covering material defects, adhesion failure, discoloration, and peeling under normal conditions. Quote submittals will be awarded based on lowest quote, meeting all qualifications This solicitation will be awarded to the vendor with the most responsive, responsible, reasonable quotation meeting all specifications and deemed the best fit and most advantageous to Larimer County. To assist in the decision for award: interviews may be held, background checks may be performed, references may be contacted, and other inquiries may be taken to determine the abilities of the vendor. Larimer County is diligent about enforcing insurance requirements listed in all contracts. This diligence means that the County expects that all vendors meet the insurance coverage requirements provided. Proof of Auto Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance is waived if goods/products are not delivered to a County facility (delivery is made to roadway or private staging area), or they are delivered by a common carrier (i.e. private shipper or freight forwarder, etc.). No vendor awarded a solicitation shall be federally debarred. Such debarment shall be checked by Larimer County via the System for Award Management, At Online. An addendum is a document that answers questions and/or provides additional information. Addenda may change one or more pieces of this D-RFQ.
