Sealed bids are being accepted for the OU Stephenson Cancer Center BP-01 project through Manhattan Construction Company acting as Construction Manager for University Hospitals Authority & Trust. Bid Packages are limited to: 14.01 Elevators, 31.01 Earthwork, and 33.01 Utilities. Bids must comply with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Bids equal to or exceeding $100,000 must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the bid. All provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated by reference. The contract will be awarded within thirty days of bid opening upon receipt of an acceptable bid, with written contract execution within ten days thereafter. The Contract Documents can be reviewed by visiting the Manhattan Construction online Planroom. Printing costs are the bidder's responsibility. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid.
