Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Alamo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
This project consists of the rehabilitation of two clarifiers at the City of Alamo Water Treatment Plant. The scope of work includes sandblasting, surface preparation, and re-coating of interior and exterior surface of one clarifier, and the replacement of select mechanical components associated with both clarifiers. Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in amount not less than five percent of the total proposal amount. Firms responding to this solicitation are prohibited from communicating with any City of Alamo staff, the Consultant, or City officials regarding this solicitation up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the instructions to the respondents.
