The goal is to secure reliable sources for parts listed in Appendix B, supporting ongoing maintenance and lifecycle needs. Successful respondents will be pre-qualified suppliers capable of delivering compliant, high-quality products, meeting delivery timelines, and maintaining transparent pricing. This RFQ will result in a non-exclusive agreement for an initial five-year term, with the option to extend up to four additional years. Respondents must be approved manufacturers or authorized resellers per the City's Standard Specifications Sewer Construction 2025 (Appendix C.1). The City may award contracts to one or more suppliers as needed.
