Alberta Children's Hospital - construction of a new Centre for Research and Innovative Care. The new centre is expected to be approx. 18,000 - 20,000 m2 of new space. TIMELINE: Project is in early stages. The owner is seeking proposals from highly skilled multidisciplinary teams for completion of a business case study that will be submitted to the Government of Alberta Treasury Board for review and approval process in the fall of 2026. Scope of work and schedules for design and construction to be determined. Further update pending award of contract. *Preliminary cost estimates for the building and parking are $350M-$450M.
