Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Calgary, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 215,300-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Alberta Children's Hospital - construction of a new Centre for Research and Innovative Care. The new centre is expected to be approx. 18,000 - 20,000 m2 of new space. TIMELINE: Project is in early stages. RFP for multi-disciplinary teams for pre-design services to complete a business case study has been recently awarded. The Business case will be submitted to the Government of Alberta Treasury Board for review and approval process in the fall of 2026. Scope of work and schedules for design and construction to be determined. Further update summer 2026. *Preliminary cost estimates for the building and parking are $350M-$450M.
