The City is seeking to engage qualified engineering firms to provide repair design, resident engineering, and contract administration services for its damaged infrastructures. The scope of the RFSO is limited to emergency bridge work that needs immediate attention. The City is intending to select up to two (2) firms to enter into a standing offer Master Agreement. The selected firms are required to be able to respond to emergency services requests within one (1) hour any day of the week.
