The project involves providing all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to complete roofing work at Barnard Elementary School, Leonard Elementary School, Morse Elementary School, and Wass Elementary School; and restoration work at Baker Middle School, Bemis Elementary School, Hamilton Elementary School, Larson Middle School, Smith Middle School, and the Transportation Building for the Troy School District. All bidders must submit sealed bids online. Bid proposals must include a familial disclosure statement and an affidavit of compliance for the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. For proposals of $50,000 or more, a U.S. Treasury Listed Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the bid is required, with the bond's cost listed in the proposal. Roofing work includes roof replacement and restoration required to remediate all defects identified in the restoration schedules and drawings inclusive of all Bid Documents requirements. 2. Schedule: a. Reroofing Work: Contractor(s) will have approximately 45 work days to substantially complete the project starting at the end of the academic year on or about June 15, 2026 and substantial completion on or about August 14, 2026 on ALL schools from the date of the Notice to Proceed. 3. Multiple Contracts: TSD, the Owner, reserves the right to award contracts to multiple contractors in order to insure the work is completely on time to meet the Schedule Custom Bid Result.
