Renovation of a mixed-use development in Troy, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The Board of Education of Troy School District is seeking sealed proposals for renovations of the gymnasiums at Athens and Troy High Schools. Bidders are to submit proposals through Buildingconnected.com by the specified deadline. Proposals must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the contractor's owner or employees and any Board of Education member or the Superintendent, as well as a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the contractor is not an Iran Linked Business. All proposals must comply with these requirements or they will not be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject proposals in whole or in part, waive informalities or irregularities, and award the contract at its sole and absolute discretion.
