Proposers should include any recommended additional tasks they believe are required to meet the objectives defined above and the reasoning behind such an approach. o Condition surveys of pavement, sidewalks, and alleyways in accordance with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D6433 and related standards. o Collection of PCI, International Roughness Index (IRI), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance data, with structural testing where required. o Delivery of GIS-compatible datasets with photographic documentation. o Updates to the PMP with deterioration modeling, LCCA, prioritized project lists, and a five-year financial plan. o Presentations to the Active Transportation & Infrastructure Commission, City Council, and the community. o Preparation of a Safety Plan, Data Security Plan, and compliance with environmental regulations. o Incident reporting within 24 hours and full Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) documentation.
